United Kingdom: 5 -10 days
Canada: 5 -14 days
Australia: 5 -14 days
Europe: 5 - 12 days
Other: 5 - 18 days
All orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency. However, if our local warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from the closest international warehouse. Please note all delivery times include business days only as majority of our warehouses and partners offer limited service during weekends.
PROCESSING TIMES:
Our processing time consists of order verification, product quality check, and packaging. Currently, our average processing time is between 1-3 business days.
TRACKING:
All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24 - 72 hours. To track your delivery using your unique 16-digit code visit ParcelsApp.
